RPE10Visuals – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or booking a media package from RPE10Visuals, the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Package Scope

The client will receive the specific deliverables included in the media package they purchased. Deliverables may include edited videos, highlight clips, or other media content depending on the selected package.

Any additional edits, extra clips, extended coverage, or services outside the scope of the purchased package may incur additional charges.

2. Song Selection

For edited packages that include music-based edits, the client must provide their chosen song along with the specific timestamp or segment they would like used.

If the client does not provide a song or timestamp within a reasonable timeframe, RPE10Visuals reserves the right to select an appropriate section of music for the edit.

3. Delivery Timeline

Final edited content will be delivered within the timeframe communicated by the RPE10Visuals team following the competition or event.

Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as event size, volume of athletes or clients, and editing workload. Clients will be informed of expected delivery timelines where possible.

4. Raw Footage

Raw footage is not included in standard media packages unless explicitly stated in the package description.

Requests for raw footage may be subject to additional fees and may be provided only at the discretion of RPE10Visuals.

5. Revisions

Each package may include a limited number of minor revisions, such as small clip adjustments, minor timing changes, or minor visual tweaks.

Requests involving major edits, restructuring of the video, or additional editing beyond the original scope may require additional payment.

6. Event Coverage Limitations

RPE10Visuals will make every reasonable effort to capture all attempts, lifts, and key moments during the competition. However, certain situations may affect coverage including but not limited to crowding around the platform, limited access, lighting conditions, event scheduling changes, or equipment limitations.

Due to these factors, not every moment may always be captured, and this does not constitute a breach of service.

7. Athlete Identification

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing a package, including athlete name, weight class, and competition session or time.

RPE10Visuals will not be responsible for missed footage if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

8. Booking Deadline

Media packages must be purchased before the athlete’s competition session begins, unless otherwise approved by the RPE10Visuals team. Late bookings may not guarantee full coverage.

9. Usage Rights

Clients are free to post and share the delivered content on personal social media platforms. RPE10Visuals retains full rights to use the media for promotional content, marketing, portfolio, social media, and website use.

10. Editing Style and Creative Direction

All edits are produced in the signature style of RPE10Visuals. Reasonable feedback may be considered, but final creative decisions remain at the discretion of the team.

11. Delivery Method

Final media files are delivered digitally via a link provided by RPE10Visuals. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing the delivered files.

12. Content Backup and Storage

RPE10Visuals stores project files for a limited period after delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. Clients should download and back up media promptly.

13. Payment

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Final deliverables will not be provided until full payment has been received.

14. Client Conduct

RPE10Visuals reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who displays disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward the team.

15. Agreement

By purchasing a media package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
